BOOKING INFORMATION
& TERMS.

01. Booking & deposits

A booking is initiated by selecting a Futsal Camp 2027 package and paying the applicable deposit through our website.

Places are limited by age group and team availability. Tournament participation remains subject to squad confirmation.

To confirm: deposit refundability, when a booking becomes binding and the full booking acceptance process.

02. Payments & balances

Package prices and deposit amounts are displayed on the booking page. Remaining balance information and payment instructions will be provided after booking.

To confirm: instalment dates, final balance deadline, late payment conditions and any currency conversion provisions.

03. What's included

Packages include accommodation, meals, futsal activities, coaching, organised excursions and the advertised kit package.

The European Cup Double includes the Italy to Madeira flight. The Full European Futsal Tour includes Italy to Madeira and Madeira to Manchester flights, with checked baggage.

Programme schedules and individual activities may change for operational, safety or other reasonable reasons.

04. Flights & airport transfers

Flights to the initial destination and home from the final destination are not included. Families must arrange travel to the designated airport within the specified arrival window.

Airport transfers are not included. Any available paid arrangements will be communicated separately.

05. Tournament squads

Tournament participation depends on sufficient registrations, appropriate age-group eligibility and team confirmation.

To confirm: what alternative programme, transfer or refund options apply if a tournament squad cannot proceed.

06. Health, safety & insurance

Parents or guardians will be asked to provide relevant medical, allergy and emergency contact information before participation.

Families are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive personal travel insurance covering medical care, travel disruption, cancellation and futsal participation.

To confirm: camp insurance provider, policy coverage, safeguarding procedures and emergency arrangements.

07. Cancellation & refunds

Any cancellation request should be submitted in writing to info@futsalcamp.uk.

To confirm: refund deadlines, cancellation charges, treatment of non-refundable supplier costs, changes initiated by Futsal Camp and any applicable consumer rights.

08. Passports, visas & travel documents

Families are responsible for ensuring that travellers have valid passports, visas, permissions and other documents required for their itinerary.

Any requirements for minors travelling without parents should be checked with the relevant airline and authorities.

09. Communication

Futsal Camp will provide practical pre-departure information including arrival instructions, programme arrangements, accommodation details and contact information.
